WRQ has a special "product" which delivers a .DLL to be installed, and
will work with the Win95 stack, providing VT services to the PC and the
3000.
 
If you had a prior version of Reflection Network Series (ie: 3000 Connection),
then this DLL is RNNSVT.DLL.  Make sure its on the PATH, and it should
work with the Win95 Stack.

You might want to consider using the full RNS product however.  It's faster
and more efficient than the Win95 TCP Stack
