I didn't remember the July thing (and didn't search the archives).
But sometime between HP World - San Diego last summer and
IPROF-99, I thought somebody from HP said something that
indicated this had moved up in the queue again ??...  maybe I'm
just plain wrong about that....

Besides the 1140 upper limit, I was thinking there would also
be a performance gain for systems that are update-intensive...
but don't ask me to guess how much....
