Yes, I submitted an SR on it between 6 and 9 months ago.

Not yet that I know of.

I would hope so.  It was INDICATED to me that it would be.

No, make sure you have the latest version of the client.  Add the name
to the Personal Address Book in MS Mail and it works fine.  (We also
use OpenMail for our Gateway).
