Well Folks,

  This is not exactly the type of question I like to ask, but I find I need
to ask.

  I need to FOPEN or HPFOPEN a file that a user normally cannot access.
Unfortunately, the file cannot be privledge mode, nor can it simply be
lockworded.  Right now the only thing I can really think of is to call
AIFPROCPUT and give the PIN SM capability during the HPFOPEN.  Is there a
better way?  I really don't like giving a pin SM, even temporarily.
