I discovered a new POSIX bug in the -lsvipc ftok() function. This function
takes a file name as an input parameter, and improperly attempts to parse it
according to MPE syntax.
The workaround is to prepend "./" to file names that don't start with either
'.' or '/' (those names *are* parsed properly).
SR 5003416081 has been submitted to fix this bug; whether or not the SR will
*EVER* be visible in the HP ESC is anybody's guess. :-(
