Thanks to all who responded. We have solved the decompression issue for
ourselves.  

We needed it to uncompress some CSL software.  More specifically, we were
trying to find the latest version of the SLS scheduling package and thought
it might be in the CSL.  Unfortunately, that version is the same as the one
we had and we are still looking. 

What we discovered is that Solution Soft is still in business.
