As was mentioned by prior respondents, PDQ was/is the product.

Unison(/Tymlabs) still provides some degree of support for it;
when we upgraded to 5.0 we needed (and quickly got) a patch
to fix something for POSIX, I think.

We run a 987-100 and the OCT'd CM object-code still beats the pants
off of QUIZ. Unison stopped all but fixes to the product a couple
of years ago. Their last version works on 90% of our QUIZ's using
PH 7.09. It doesn't compile programs accessing ALLBASE/SQL tables,
indexed subfiles, and other recent PH-stuff. (I don't think they
ever added the PDL dictionary support; we still generate PDQ-
dictionaries from a comparable QSCHEMA dictionary we maintain).

If a native-mode version were to be marketed by someone, we would
be interested in evaluating it.
