FCOPY and multi-file dat

When using FCOPY subsystem to copy separate disc files to separate
unlabeled tape files, the DAT completely rewinds between each copy.
I have to unload the tape and reload for each copy.  Does anyone
know of a way to keep the tape positioned at the last file rather
than rewinding?  Thanks.
