We have a school district that uses us as their ISP and are connecting to us
with an ISDN connection to an Ascend Pipeline 50. They are having problems
maintaining a connection with our 3000. We think that it is their equipment
that is the problem and would like to prove that it isn't the 3000. Are
their any kind of diagnostic tools that came with the system that can help
us? Any error logs to look at? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA

Gary
