Thank you Michael for that clarification.  He is of course
correct (if anybody knows he does.  ;-) ).  The transfer of
ownership to HP - Deutschland was long before 2002-11-14
(don't have exactly how long in front of me; but expect that
doesn't matter:  "Before" is close enough).
