Not in any standary sort-of way that I know of. You need a SE (single
ended) SCSI connector. The timing is all different and the bus is wider,
etc. The multi-purpose card in our K400 has an internal SE, but I don't
recall if it has on external connector. I do know we had to buy an
additional SE card to connect our 2nd tape drive. Cable lenghts are
tight with SE SCSI, also.
