Curt

Have not seen the problem but I have a question. Do all the SCSI devices
have a TRANSPARENT_MGR as detailed in the 6.0 communicator. I do not believe
that 6.0 will boot properly, if at all, if this is not defined. Again this is
just a stab in the dark, my usual mode of operations.

        Subject: MPE 6.0 upgrade

        Hello,

I have a client who is working with the HPRC and waiting for help.

They are running a 939ks and tried upgrading to MPE6.0. The system
would
not boot to 6.0. It gave some kind of a firmware error (they told me
they
are on 2.0). They are now back dating to 5.5 pp4.

Has anyone else seen this error?

        TIA
