Actually, 1570 is for Reflection itself.  The fast file transfer uses
multiple ports in another range (don't remember the details right off).

Have them configure the file transfer to NEVER do fast file transfer and see
if that helps.

Just a guess, but make sure that the ports 1537 and 1570 are open.  I
believe 1570 is used for "fast file transfers".

To make sure this is the issue, try disabling fast file transfers from the
transfer setup options.
