Hello Derrick,

If you haven't been able to solve your problem yet you might like to check
the Cognos Customer Support web site to ensure that you have the latest RBF
of the software, and the required MPE/iX patches from HP. You can access
this information at:
http://support.cognos.com/support/products/ph_software_environments.html

Failing that you should probably call customer support for the latest
information.
