Hi all,
 
I've made some changes to HTTPBACK, the background-process runner of
the WWW httpd program.  The new version is 94G, and is available at:
  http://www.allegro.com/software/
 
I added the ability to check for accidental deaths of the HTTPD process,
as well as fixing a few minor problems when run without a "-x" directive.
