I'd like to recommend the old CSL library utility
"BLATFILE" to solve Dr. Nagy's data problem.  Two
problems I can forsee:

1.  Will it work against PRIV files?

2.  Since it was written in SPL, I'm not sure Dr. Nagy
as an SPL compiler to tweak it, in case he wants to
make it write alternating ones and zeros instead of
spaces?
