Our site installed push releases of mpe/ix 5.0.
What is the _recommended_ directory to create
symbolic links to arpa products  as /SYS/ARPA/TELNET
and /SYS/ARPA/FTP in order to call them
under the shell?   /bin  or  /usr/bin  ?
