Hmmm.
Our networking guy just outlined the horror they will be going
through 1-2 years from now. (Providing student training in 10
computer labs currently using 2-3 Novell 4.x servers)

He says Office 2000, if running with a network, will authenticate
only to a NT5(Windows 2000) server, not NT4, not Novell 4.x.
Something about MADness. This could mean a wholesale replacement of
our Novell servers which we like, work well, and have lots of
experience with.

Furthur, FrontPage 2000 will upload only to NT5(sorry, Windows 2000
server). As if the Linux FrontPage extensions work anyways, right?

Glad I'm not there.

Bob.
