Problem is analyst not done by analyst,
It done by non-technical top management
who is sold by big ERP vendor, salesman

Let say, you have automatic Quick Book entrries populate by all the people
who use ERP software, and you do not know how and why this transaction
was automatically populated, right or wrong, this check to pay or not...

cheers

What should one say here? ANYBODY who buys a software package without
a good Help subsystem deserves what they get? Unless the application
does something that is a completely new venture for the organization
and the users have to be trained in the non computer aspects of the
application then ANYBODY who buys an application package that cannot
be operated by the their users has not done the required analysis
of the product.

For example, you don't have to be an accountant to use QUICKBOOKS
but if you don't know what a check is all about, forget it
