Almost as I write more information is being added to the SIB under the
"Details" links.   If you,  like me, want to make your vote a fully
informed decision then I recommend holding off voting until later this
week.

You can read and print off the ballot in a read only form before you
vote.   To get all the details for a item you will need to click on
the "Detail" link and read the threads -- which are generally brief
and to the point.

I am very glad to say that this ballot contains (or soon will contain)
far more voter information and discussion than any improvement ballot
I can recall seeing anywhere.

The deadline for voting is this Sunday, April 8, 2001.
