Gee Thanks Denys, that explains EVERYTHING.

Has anyone ever told you, you take things to literally?

I could have used proper english, I could have rephrased my question,... well EEXXCCUUUSSSEEE MMMEEE!

Please allow me to rephrase my question for the complete anal literate. I do think you understood what I meant not what I said.

Once again for the slow people...

1) WHAT IS THE TRASFER RATE OF A DDS2 ON AN HP3000 979/400 with 4GB of memory using an HP28696A FW-SCSI bus, runing MPE/ix 6.5 PP3 plus any and all reactive patches, on a good day, going down hill, with the wind at your back and soaking wet?

2) The same question as above substituting a DDS3.

Denys, please try not to hurt yourself.

-Craig

Subject: [HP3000-L] DDS2 vs. DDS3

Does anyone know the transfer rates of a DDS2?

or the transfer rate of DDS3?

Is there any difference on a 32MB/sec NIO bus?
