Brett,

I do know the dual port A5150A works for sure.   That is an Ultra2 scsi.

Subject: e3000/N4000 Supported LAN Adapters - A5838A?

I thought the only LAN adapter supported on the N class systems was the
A5230A/B5509A.

Just got a config request in using the A5838A Dual port 10Base-T/100Base-TX
LAN and dual port Ultra2 Low Voltage Differential/Single-Ended (LVD/SE) SCSI
adapter.

Check Partsurfer under A7014C 750x3, and there it was - A5838A.

Checked an older e3000 config guide (2004) and there it wasn't - only the
A5230A.

Now I have been wrong before.  Do I need to update my knowledge base?

Anybody have any input regarding the A5838A on the e3000/N4000 750MHz
machine?

Thanks in advance,
Brett Forsyth
