After discovering that the CSLT I had was unreadable, I tore the world apart
and found a set of 6.5 tapes. I've managed to get it all installed and
running.
There was one problem in following the instructions, though: MAPPER
complained that it needed PDC version 1.3 or later. You guessed it: My
machine has 1.2 installed. Can the firmware be updated without resorting to
a technician?
Alternatively, what do I tell NMMGR to use as the Ethernet device path? Do I
have to add it to SYSGEN's I/O configuration as well? (There are two
Ethernet ports on the back of the machine; which one do I use? One has AUI
and coax connectors; the other has AUI and RJ-45...)
