A tough one, and maybe this doesn't apply to you, but it did happen to me.

Couldn't figure out why something did not print.

Looked at the various permissions for the user and group.

Don't remember which ones it was, but after changing the permissions, the print worked fine.

Just a thought.

Hello all, I ran this question past the ITRC forums and got some good
suggestions (thanks again Mike & Paul if you're here too) but,
unfortunately, nothing that led me to a solution. So, without further ado,
here's my problem:
HP 947LX, MPE/iX 6.0

I've got a user who runs a database report but the report doesn't print and
there are no errors. The batch job is being streamed but it doesn't even
print a tail sheet. Other users in the same group.account can use the same
program to print the same report just fine and the user having the trouble
can print all her other reports no problem.

Any suggestions on where I should start looking?

TIA,
Darryl
