There are a large number of these spool files with differing dates, times,
creators, job names, job numbers.  Anything after November 28,2022 seems to be
identifiable by date.  Anything before November 29,2022 cannot be selected by
date.

However, SPOOLF O@;SELEQ=[DATE<11/29/22];SHOW returns all of the spool files
before that date.  But SPOOLF O@;SELEQ=[DATE<11/28/22];SHOW returns none.

When logged in as the creator ALTSEC ;ACCESS=(R,W:CR) does not set the security
matrix on O17768.OUT.HPSPOOL for example.  I have tried others with the same
negative results.
