I mean that whoever is creating the file does the rename, not who is
downloading it. Right now you are using a program to create
DATA001.WORKGRP, then you copy it to DATA001.FTPGRP. Instead, just RENAME
DATA001.WORKGRP,DATA001.FTPGRP. Or, if you want to keep the original or the
two groups are not on the same volume, you may have to
COPY DATA001.WORKGRP,DATA001.TMPGRP
RENAME DATA001.TMPGRP,DATA001.FTPGRP
