        In the Native Mode Spooler Reference Manual it talks about banner_intray and
data_intray. In the text for both of these items it mentions that what the
spooler will do is take the value you supply and wrap the PCL command sequence
Esc&l#H around it. If you then look at the manual that comes with the Laser
Jet you will find a section called Common PCL Printer Commands. In that
section you will find 'paper source' and it talks about Esc&l#H and gives
values and what paper tray will be used. In the Laser Jet 4000 manual I have
it list the following:
        1 = Tray 2
        4 = Tray 1
        5 = Tray 3
        8 = Tray 4
plus several other values for various other kinds of paper trays and
attachments.
So if you want paper from tray 4 then 'data_intray = 8' is what you want in
your NPCONFIG file. If you are using banner pages then you will want to
select the appropriate tray for that and use 'banner_intray = x'.
