The two tar.Z files contain the bare minimum, just the NMPRGs.

Perform a binary file transfer to MPE, for example with ftp...

  ftp> binary
  ftp> put pcfile.tar.Z /tmp/hostfile.tar.Z;REC=,,B

Then you unpack the files with tar into a directory of choice...

  :chdir /usr/local/bin
  :xeq /bin/tar "-xvzopf /tmp/hostfile.tar.Z"
  :purge /tmp/hostfile.tar.Z
