Does anyone know what the port command indicates under FTP when debug is on?

with an HP3000 client, Iget the IP address of the client, separated by
commas, and then two more numbers. On the HP3000 the numbers are 244 and an
incrementing number, like 149 then 150 as each command is executed. Under
WinNt ftp, the last two numbers are 4 and a number that increments.
