You do need to be both on MPE/iX 6.5 and beyond and have installed the FTP
patches.  Current GR patches are FTPHD74 for C.65.00, FTPHD67 for C.70.00,
FTPHD75 for C.75.00

My final test results (restricted by disk space limits on test systems):
  35gb mpe to nt 4.0sp6
  50gb mpe to mpe
  75gb mpe to hpux
