Yes.  The NPCONFIG.PUB.SYS network_address field can contain a host name
instead of a numeric IP address.

You'll need to make sure that /etc/resolv.conf is properly configured with
your DNS server info.

It can't be done using HP MPE FOS.  You'll need a third party spooler
product.
