During a troubleshooting session with one of our network engineers, today, he
noticed that one of our test systems was initiating an increasing number of TCP
connections to a Unix server and sending nothing but acknowledgements. The TCP
port in use is 7221. Can anyone identify this port and tell me what might be
going on, here? We have no ftp server running, no one running an ftp client,
one user session logged on (mine), and no other jobs using TCP/IP -- AFAIK.

TIA,
