Not mine either - I already know my memory is faulty...

We have recently begun seeing unusually long times between issuing a "BYE" command and the return of a system prompt.  This has become important because one of our VB applications uses an embedded terminal emulator control to communicate with the 3000.  The programmer had a 30-second timer waiting for the prompt to return after issuing the BYE and it is taking longer than 30 seconds.  We had him increase it to 120 seconds and he is howling mad about doing that.

So, I fired up Glance and it is showing 20-30 % CPU busy and memory approaching 100% (as is, so I hear, normal).  I am wondering if there is any way of checking the memory modules to see if one has failed?
