I don't think the dynamite stick would be a sufficiently random energy
source to make this assumption; i.e. for your analogy to be correct.
If, however, you were able to reproduce this experiment with a
sufficiently random energy source, I don't see why not.

I'm sure one of the alien spieces on a distant planet where God is also
running this Life exeriment of his, has probably already come up with
the stick of "Reassembleboeingsevenfortysevenamite", and uses it to put
together planes all the time.
