Unfortunately, all this gets you is a zmodem *client* on the PC.  You
still need a zmodem *server* on the HP3000, and AFAIK, there isn't one.

There is a KERMIT server.  Many sites already have a copy but don't know
it (look in PUB.VESOFT).  I believe there is an XMODEM server around,
also.
