Several years ago, I wrote an obscure utility which would allow you to do
just that, amongst several other things.  I use to encounter this problem
when I was responsible for large systems (and I suspect small one would have
the same problem also :->  )  I am hoping, for your sake, that someone else
may have an answer for you.
