We have just started to use files in the Posix file space (other than chunks of
TurboImage datasets). Naturally we are dying to know how far along in the file
the process has gotten. Of course for MPE/iX traditional files, MPEX' LISTF
file,ACCESS was just great.

On these Posix files, MPEX seems to pass the request out to MPE/iX and returns
exactly what LISTFILE file,8 returns.

So, how can I tell what record the process is working on on a Posix file?

Thanks.
