We're preparing to upgrade from MPE/iX 5.0 to 5.5 EXPRESS-3,
needing to get the jump on 32-bit ODBCLink/SE for an upcoming project.
The Express-3 communicator mentions a new "6/97" manual named
"ODBCLink/SE Reference Manual (36217-90406)".  We're on CD-ROM
doc. support only, but I want a paper copy of this manual.  I've got my
HP Contracts Admin. working on it, but so far no luck.  Anyone know
whether this manual is actually out yet??  Also, what's best way
nowadays to order it - it's been a few years!!    While I'm at it, has
anyone received the "order form" for Express-3 yet - I take it you have
to "Fax" this form back in to HP to get in the Express-3 queue, right?
