AMISYS now is AMISYS SYNERTECH a Whitney entity. The new CEO is Kevin Brown, who is the original founder of AMISYS. The AMISYS 3000 has been migrated to HP-UX ORACLE and is released in June 2003, the open platform product name is AMISYS Advance.

	Hi List:

I wondered if Amisys (formerly with McKesson-HBOC now a Platinum Equity

entity) has stated it's HP3000 migration suggestions or path yet...I know

some people who work at a local HMO and I just wondered what the official

line from McKesson is. I figure someone on the list would know

something-other than the press releases on the Amisys website stating it was

moving to an HP-UX system middle of 2003...

	Offlist replies are OK.

If they are pushing folks to the Amisys C/S system, I wonder if it'll be

able to handle the volume(s) that Amisys 3000 runs? Just curious.

	Todd
