Hi,

I was trying to order something (over the phone), when I was
told "we can't take the order right now, our computer is down".

I think it would be great to have an email address for use by HP3000-L readers
where we could send a quick note (including the 800 number (or whatever)
of the company who's computer is "down") ... because this would represent
a possible sales opportunity. I could see the recipient of the note
calling the company and saying "the HP 3000 is reliable" :)

I'd expect that the "recipient" might be the people behind the
HP 3000 software powering MicroWarehouse, or Tiger Direct, or ???????
Or, for that matter, the mythical HP sales rep.
