The translator errors 312,328 indicate that we are receiving invalid
frames.  These frames could be ETHERNET frames or could actually be
corrupt frames.

It is likely you are seeing ETHERNET TRAFFIC and are configured to only
for 802.3, thus the error messages.

Solution is to configure ETHERNET = YES if you are going to be talking
to Ethernet devices.  Or configure SUB0008 / CLAS0002 logging for
CONSOLE: NO, DISK: NO.  Then :SWITCHNMLOG UPDATE.

If this LAN SEGMENT has 3000 (802.3) traffic only, it is suspect to be a
link problem, a lan analyzer may be necessary to determine the source of
the corrupt frames.
