It's my understanding that the "Secure" Web Console actually uses the
equivalent of "rot 13" or a breakfast-cereal secret-decoder-ring as its
"encryption" and provides absolutely no meaningful security whatsoever
as a result.  Any connection to one of these devices should be
considered the same as any other unencrypted connection over which
passwords are transmitted "in the clear".
