You are correct on this --- the one and only drive, I believe,
that was installed on this system

The 250 was similar to the old HP2000, in that it's OS was a
BASIC interpreter.  It did indeed die out and there's really no
support on it anymore.  Pardon the pun, but "basically" if you
know Dartmouth Basic (without all the bells and whistles that
Microsoft's added to it), then you can deal with the 250, with
some reading of the OS manual to nail down the simple OS
commands.  It was HPs answer to the "office environment at that
time.

The HP 300

Correct again, sir - there was an IMAGE/250, but it did not have
everything the 3000 had.  The intrinsics used in Basic/3000 are
similar to those used with IMAGE/250..
