You know, I should know the answer to this, as I sit here in the Union
College Computer Center which is attached to Steinmetz Hall, wherein
works the EE Faculty.

But,alas, I don't.  The College is on break now, but I will see if I
can find an electrical engineer (or reasonable substitute) who might
know the answer.
