I have thought for some time that when someone (using the Internet) wanted
to get around US laws, they just have to locate elsewhere. Here, someone
has. In this case, I think it is good news.

The other item is included to bring some of us a smile. SANS is security
organization. However, if you are not an interested party, I have just
violated their terms of use...

A mortgage company is the target of a $6 million lawsuit brought by a
Washington state ISP (Internet service Provider) claiming a batch of
spam, or unsolicited e-mail, bogged down its servers, putting some
