Gee, for years now...

* I'm having network printing problems with SOCKERR error 64..
* I'm having NS/VT sessions abort with SOCKERR 64...
* I'm having FTP transfers abort with SOCKERR 64...

Anyone smell a common thread here?  Especially when the rest of the
network is running just fine?
