A number of years ago, there was a really handy and simple program
editor
called LOOKAT.

Where was it from and how can I get a copy of it?

Appreciate any ideas.

LOOKAT was written here at Guess? and was contributed to the CSL in
1990 at Boston. It is listed in the current Interex CSL/MPE index. A
somewhat newer version is in use at Guess?. The number of lines in
the file it can handle goes from 999,999 to 9,999,999. The record width
can now be 1024 bytes, and it will handle native mode spoolfiles. Call if
you have any questions.
