Interesting map but it really depends how you interpret it.
It appears that there are two main areas with 29+ years of education. One being South Texas!
However, does that mean that people in these areas are really better educated or that perhaps they took longer to become educated up to the standard of others? Maybe they took longer to catch on? :o)
Are the better educated people really concentrated in South Texas?
Is the entire state of California populated with people with less than 9 years of education?
Enquiring minds want to know.
