Bob,

  There can be many "tricks" getting any flavor of Windows talking
to a Samba server, but assuming you need the registry hack you can
get it from http://www.sambaix.com.  Versions are available for
both Win95/98 and NT.  There are also several other documents located
there which you can browse for additional things to look into
should that not be everything you need.
