I only started this port two days ago, a little too late to make it onto this
year's SIB as a CSY-sponsored item.  ;-)

CSY always values customer feedback at all times; the SIB is just the annual
formalized process.  Whatever we  decide to do (or not do) regarding bash is
completely independent from this year's SIB.
